1. How much is shipping?
The cost for shipping ranges from $3 to $75, depending on the size and quantity of your order. Shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Currently, we only ship within the USA, but we’re excited to expand shipping to the EU and Canada soon!
2. How fast is shipping?
Shipping takes anywhere from 2 to 15 business days.
- We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times will ship on the following business day.
- Shipping options will be shown at checkout.
- Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may delay your order.
- If any item in your order is out of stock, this may also delay processing. You’ll be notified via email or phone if there are any changes to your order.
3. How can I track my order status?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.
Note: It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update.
4. What payment methods can I use?
We accept:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Shop Pay Installments
5. What if I made a mistake on an order?
If you need to make a change, try cancelling your order. If it’s already processed, email us immediately at support@palapavibez.com for assistance.
6. Can I change my order once it’s placed?
We fulfill orders quickly and cannot accommodate most changes, such as:
- Changing an address
- Switching items
- Adding or removing items
- Modifying shipping methods
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at support@palapavibez.com to request a cancellation. Once canceled, you can place a new order with the correct details. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of items if your order is canceled.
7. What is your return policy?
- In-store purchases: 100% refundable, but do not contribute to our donation program. However, in-store shoppers can donate directly to shelters via a separate donation system (stores coming soon).
- Online purchases: Returns and exchanges are not available. Your purchase directly contributes to our mission of helping pets.
If you receive your items and notice that one or more of them is damaged, please contact us immediately. Please note that damaged products must be reported within 15 days of receipt. After this period, we are unable to accept returns, as all sales are considered final and donations have already been processed.
