Unauthorized Purchases

Products purchased from unauthorized third parties, resellers, or counterfeit sources will not qualify for earning Reward Points.

If a purchase is not made through an official PalapaVibez channel, it is considered unofficial and does not contribute to the rewards program.

This policy protects both our customers and our brand from fraudulent activities and ensures that all reward points are earned through legitimate purchases.

How to Protect Your Points

To ensure you receive your Reward Points, always shop through our official website or an authorized retail location. We are not responsible for purchases made through third-party marketplaces or sellers claiming to be affiliated with PalapaVibez.

Rewards & Authorized Purchases

PalapaVibez is not responsible for any products purchased through unauthorized resellers. Points will not be granted for purchases made outside of our official store, whether online or in-store.

If you made a purchase directly from PalapaVibez and did not receive your reward points:

  • Contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide your order confirmation number and receipt
  • Allow 3-5 business days for point adjustment
