Flights

Searching, booking, changing, and tracking your flight.

How do I search for flights?
Use the search bar on the homepage. Enter your origin, destination, travel dates, number of passengers, and cabin class, then click "Search Flights." We'll show you real-time fares from hundreds of airlines.
Are the prices shown the final price?
Yes. The price shown at checkout is the total price including all taxes and carrier fees. There are no hidden charges added at the end.
How do I receive my booking confirmation?
After a successful booking you'll receive a confirmation email with your itinerary, booking reference (PNR), and passenger details. You can also view your bookings at any time in My Trips. If it doesn't arrive within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then sign in and look at My Trips — your booking is there even if the email is delayed.
What is a PNR / booking reference?
A PNR (Passenger Name Record) is a 6-character code the airline uses to identify your reservation. You can use it to check in directly on the airline's website or at the airport.
Can I book for multiple passengers?
Yes. When searching, set the number of adults, children, or infants. All passenger details are collected at checkout.
How do I change my flight after booking?
Go to My Trips, open the booking, and click "Change flight." Whether the change is free, paid, or available at all depends on the fare rules — most economy fares allow paid changes. We'll show you the change fee and any fare difference before you confirm.
What happens if the airline changes my flight?
If the airline makes a schedule change, we'll notify you by email and your booking will show a "Flight Changed" status in My Trips. You can choose to accept the new schedule or cancel for a refund.
Can I select my seat?
Seat selection depends on the airline. After booking, you can check in directly on the airline's website using your PNR to select or change seats.

Hotels

Reservations, check-in, and modifying your stay.

When do I receive my hotel confirmation?
You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your booking. It includes your reservation number, the hotel's address, check-in/check-out times, and any included amenities. You can also view all hotel bookings under My Trips.
When can I cancel a hotel for free?
Each hotel sets its own cancellation policy. The booking page shows the free-cancellation deadline before you pay (e.g., "Free cancellation until 6pm on Dec 14"). After that deadline you may forfeit the first night, the full stay, or a percentage — the policy on your confirmation email is authoritative.
When am I charged for my hotel?
Most hotels are pay-now: your card is charged in full at booking. A few are pay-at-property — these are clearly labelled before you confirm. Either way, taxes and resort fees are itemized at checkout so you see the total before paying.
Can I add a special request (early check-in, extra bed, etc)?
Add a note in the "Special requests" field on the booking page before paying. The hotel will do its best to honor it but cannot guarantee any request — for guaranteed early check-in or extra beds, contact the property directly using the phone number on your confirmation.
What time can I check in?
Standard check-in is usually from 3pm and check-out by 11am — your confirmation email shows the exact times for your property. If you arrive earlier, the hotel can usually store your bags and let you check in once the room is ready. Some properties also offer paid early check-in.
Do I need ID at check-in?
Yes — every hotel requires a government-issued photo ID at check-in (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card). The name on the ID must match the lead guest on the booking. Most hotels also pre-authorize a credit card to cover incidentals like room service or minibar charges.
How do I change my hotel dates?
Open the booking under My Trips and look for "Modify dates" — what's available depends on the rate you booked. Some refundable rates let you change dates for free until the cancellation deadline; non-refundable rates usually require a fresh booking. If you don't see the option, contact the property directly using the number on your confirmation.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancelling a booking and getting your money back.

Can I cancel my flight booking?
Cancellations depend on the airline's fare rules. Some tickets are fully refundable, others offer a partial refund or airline credit, and some are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for full details. To cancel, go to My Trips and click "Cancel" on your booking.
How long do refunds take?
Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Airline credits are issued immediately as a credit code.
Can I return or exchange shop merchandise?
Because every shop item is made to order, we don’t support returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size/color or change of mind. Damaged products and manufacturing errors get a free reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery — just email [email protected] with your order number and photo proof.
What if my shop order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free reprint or full refund — no need to ship the item back. Photo proof is required.

Payments

Cards, currencies, charges, and receipts.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payments are processed securely. Your card is charged immediately upon booking confirmation.
When is my card charged?
For flights, your card is charged in full the moment the booking is confirmed by the airline. For hotels, most reservations charge at booking; a few charge at the property — those are labelled clearly before you pay. You'll receive a receipt by email immediately.
Why is my price shown in a different currency?
We auto-detect your country and show prices in the most likely local currency, but you can switch any time using the currency picker in the header. Your card is always charged in the currency shown at checkout — your bank may apply its own foreign-transaction fee on top, which we do not control.

Travel prep

Passports, baggage, visas, check-in.

What passport details do I need to enter?
Use your passport exactly as it appears on the photo page: full given name(s), surname, document number, nationality, date of birth, and expiry. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date — check the destination's requirement before you book. Mistakes here can mean denied boarding, so double-check before paying.
What baggage is included?
Baggage allowances vary by airline and fare type. Your itinerary email and My Trips page show the checked and carry-on baggage included in your ticket. Most basic-economy fares include only a small personal item; you can add checked or larger carry-on bags during checkout or directly with the airline before flying.
Do I need a visa?
Each destination article has a "Visa Requirements" card that checks against your passport country — switch your passport in the dropdown to see your specific status. The status comes from a third-party visa data provider and is informational; for the legal requirement, always check the destination's official immigration website before you travel.

Shop

Shipping, delivery, returns for shop merchandise.

How long does shipping take for shop orders?
All merchandise is printed on demand. Estimated delivery times: US & Canada 5–10 business days, Europe 7–14 business days, International 10–21 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 80+ countries across three zones: North America, Europe, and International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Sign in, password, profile, and your data.

Do I need to create an account to book?
Creating an account lets you view your booking history in My Trips and retry or cancel bookings easily. You can sign up with your email or via Google.
Is my personal data safe?
