- Please note that in order to access the resort, guests will need a 4x4 (four-wheel drive) vehicle to access Al Jabal Al Akhdar as per government regulations. The driver's license and car registration documents, which can confirm the vehicle is capable, must also be presented at the checkpoint.
- Please note that there will be compulsory New Year's Eve gala dinner supplements of OMR 179 per adult and OMR 85 per child for the stays on 31 December.
- Please note that during Ramadan, alcohol will be served only in Bella Vista from 19:00 to 23:45 (indoor only). The first two days of the Eid holidays will be dry days, and alcohol will not be served.
- Please note, that there is a compulsory New Year Gala dinner on the 31 December, available for all guests stayed over this date. Price starting from OMR 185 per adult, children aged 5 - 11 years will be charged from OMR 93 per child.
