PalapaVibez Tours is being built with the guides who will run it. If you already take people out — on the water, up the trail, around the town — register your business and we will talk about listing it.

What you are agreeing to

Your listing stays yours

Your business name, your photos, your words. You are not relabelled as a PalapaVibez product, and travellers see who they are booking with before they pay.

You set your prices

You decide what a seat costs and how many there are. We do not reprice you, discount you into a promotion you did not agree to, or run your tour against a cheaper copy of itself.

You are paid after the tour runs

The traveller pays in full at booking and gets a code. You ask for the code on the day; that releases your payout. No thirty-day terms, no invoicing us.

Terms are agreed with you directly

We are not publishing a commission rate we might change. You will get the number in writing before you list anything, and nothing goes live until you have agreed to it.

Register your company

Nothing here commits you to anything. We read every registration and reply either way, usually within a few days.
