- No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. All guests that will be staying in rooms during the stated reservation period must be named and original government-issued IDs must be presented at the time of check in.
- There is no parking available at Caribic House.
- Check-in is 3 pm to 9 pm, check-out is before 11 am, Authorized early check in and late check out costs $15 per hour. Non authorized late check out is $150usd. To protect our environment and keep our prices low property only offers room cleaning every 3 nights after date of arrival.
- Strictly no smoking of any kind in the room however you are more than welcome to smoke outside on the Balcony (420 friendly).
- Please do not try to alter anything in the apartment, if there are any issues that need attention please contact us immediately.
- Daily cleaning and breakfast are not included. Additional cleaning is $20.00. Extra towels cost an additional $5usd each. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.Managed by a private host
