- Non-prepaid reservations require an authorization hold for the first night’s room rate plus tax 48 hours prior to arrival. Prepaid reservations require a $100 security deposit upon arrival. Guests traveling for surgery must pay a $300 deposit before arrival if the reservation is not prepaid.
