- When booking room only rates, please note that the price of the breakfast is not included and the price is calculated per person per night. Please note that the Spa and Wellness Centre is available at an extra cost of EUR 40 per person for a 2 hours access. The swimming pool is only open seasonally in summer months. Please be informed that the pool has limited space, a reservation for a scheduled 2-hour slot is required to access the area. The booking can only be made directly at the hotel via our Guest Relations Team on the same day. The shuttle service costs EUR 18 per person per stay In compliance with the Italian law, minors accompanied by an adult other than their parents can be checked in the hotel only with a valid ID and if the adult provides a declaration of consent issued by the parents of the minor together with a copy of a valid ID. In case of a minor accompanied by a parent and/or guardian with a different last name, a declaration of consent of the same-named parent and/or guardian or other parenthood certification will be required together with a copy of a valid ID. Please note that guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the Spa. Pets up to 25 kilograms are allowed; a supplement of € 45 per stay applies.
