- All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to Law 1098 of 2006.
- If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
- The entry and registration of minors in the hotel must be carried out by one of their parents, presenting the birth certificate and the identity document of the minors. If they are not accompanied by their parents, it must be done by the adult responsible for the minor, who must have authorization from at least one of the parents. The authorization must be signed and validated by one of the parents, and must also indicate that the minor is under their care.
