- Children 5 years and below stay free of charge as per maximum occupancy per villa. They eat free from infant and Junior Gourmet menus when dining in restaurant.
- Children aged 5 years old and below can stay complimentary in a villa accompanied by at least one parent/guardian.
- Children below 12 staying in Water base villa will need to sign a liability waiver form.
- Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making the payment at the hotel. Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
- Please note that for privacy and safety reasons, drones are strictly not permitted to be flown at JOALI.
- Your transfers to and from JOALI Maldives will be booked by the resort based on your international flight arrival/departure flight.

- For Children aged 2 to 11.99 years; two way shared sea plane transfer at USD 710 Per child Per Stay
- Complimentary airport transfer for Infant from 0.1 – 1.99 years sharing seat with parents / guardian
- Please share your flight details with the property at least 7 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer.
- Arrival – We can arrange same-day seaplane transfers for guests arriving in the Maldives between 6:00 am and 3:30 pm, Male Time. If your flight lands after 3:30 pm, you may stay overnight in nearby Malé, and we will schedule your seaplane transfer for the next day.
