- Complimentary breakfast is served Monday through Saturday and is non-refundable. Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays or on the following holidays: Christmas and Thanksgiving, as the dining room is closed.

- Our air-conditioning is seasonal. In New York City, the heating season runs from October 1 through May 31, during which hotels must maintain specific indoor temperatures. We do not have built-in AC. Our air conditioners are manually installed in the windows during the summer and removed at the start of the heating season in October. Depending on the weather, installation or removal may occur slightly earlier or later, but we always comply with NYC heating regulations.
