- Resort Currency is US Dollar and we accept cash in US Dollar only.
- From 23 December 2026 to 10 January 2027, the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the guest cancels within 30 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.
- Speedboat transfers must be arranged from the resort; outdoor or own transfers are prohibited. The charges are as follows:

- - Adult (15 years and above): USD 250 per person, from May 1, 2025, to May 20, 2026
- - Child (2–15 years): USD 125 per child, from May 1, 2025, to May 20, 2026
