- From 4 rooms and on we consider that it is a group and therefore you should contact the property directly.
- Children over 14 years old can accompany their parents on the winery tour. However, they cannot drink alcohol, in compliance with Chilean law.
- Children between 0 and 13 years old cannot attend the tours. If parents want to take the tour without their children, they must hire a babysitter (with an additional charge, subject to availability). If they would like to attend as a family, they must do so on a private tour, paying the corresponding additional fee.

- Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%
- To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
