- A 60-day notice is required for all cancelations. Cancelations made more than 60 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancelations made 45-60 days ahead of scheduled arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total rental amount of stay. Cancelations made less than 45 days in advance will forfeit the entire rental amount.
- Exception: Christmas and New Year’s holiday period: 7-night minimum stay, 50% deposit, full payment due by 10/1, cancellation no later than 9/30.
