Our shop items are produced by Printify and shipped from regional partners. We don’t ship to the European Union by default at launch. For any customer reaching us from the EU, Printify’s default EU responsible person (HONSON VENTURES LTD, Cyprus) is the contact under the EU General Product Safety Regulation.
This page provides the information required by the European Union’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Regulation (EU) 2023/988, which applies to consumer products placed on the EU market from 13 December 2024. It applies to merchandise sold through shop.palapavibez.com.
1. Overview
PalapaVibez LLC is a U.S. company. We sell travel-inspired apparel and accessories produced on demand by Printify and shipped from regional Printify partners. The EU is not a default ship-to region at launch, primarily because of the operational lift of full GPSR compliance for a US-based seller. Where an EU sale is permitted by the configuration, Printify’s default product-safety chain applies (see Section 3).
2. Manufacturer information
Each shop product is manufactured by one of Printify’s vetted print partners. The specific manufacturer for any individual order is determined by routing logic at production time (proximity to the destination, available stock of the blank garment, load balancing). The manufacturer’s name and country appears on the package label and on the order receipt.
Printify Inc. (the platform we use) is registered at: 108 W 13th St, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States. Its European operations are coordinated through Printify SIA in Latvia.
3. EU responsible person
For products dispatched to the EU, Printify designates the following entity as the EU responsible person under GPSR Article 4:

The EU responsible person is the contact point for EU market surveillance authorities and EU consumers on matters of product safety, conformity, and corrective action. You can write directly to them, or contact us first and we’ll route your request.
4. Product classification
Our catalogue contains textile apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats) and printed accessories. These products are not subject to specific EU harmonised safety regulations (PPE, toys, medical devices, etc.) and are governed by the GPSR’s general safety principles plus:
- REACH (EC 1907/2006) — restricted substances in textiles. Our production partners certify compliance via the OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT standard for inks.
- Textile Regulation (EU 1007/2011) — fibre composition labelling. Each garment carries a sewn-in care label listing fibre composition by percentage.
No CE marking is required for apparel of this category.
5. Traceability
Every order is uniquely traceable by:
- PalapaVibez order ID — visible in your account and on your receipt.
- Printify order ID — internal production identifier surfaced in customer support when needed for warranty or safety claims.
- Carrier tracking number — emailed to you when the parcel ships.
For a market-surveillance enquiry we can produce the manufacturer, batch, and ship date for any individual order within 5 business days.
6. Reporting a safety issue
If you encounter a safety issue with a PalapaVibez product (irritation, fabric defect causing injury, etc.) please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Your order ID
- A description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
- Whether anyone was harmed and how
We acknowledge within 24 hours and forward to Printify and (where applicable) the EU responsible person without delay. Customers can also report directly to the EU rep listed in Section 3 or to their national market-surveillance authority via the Safety Gate portal.
