- For nonrefundable reservations and advance payments, guests need to send their details for the invoice to the hotel after making the booking. Checked-in guests have spa access included ( indoor pool and saunas ) with a booking made in advance, in base of availability. The access to the SPA area with pools and saunas for children under the age of 13 years old is allowed only on Fridays and Saturday ( on Friday between 10:00 - 22:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 until 16:00 ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
