- Please note: As of Summer 2026, the existing jacuzzi/hot tub is being converted into a private swimming pool. During this period, occasional construction work may take place.
- The new private pool, exclusively intended for guests of Villa Arentz’s two apartments, Camelia and Rosemary, is expected to be available from August 2026. Please note that the completion date is subject to change due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
- In the meantime, guests may continue to enjoy the larger outdoor swimming pool located on the right-hand side of the villa. This pool is shared with guests staying in other apartments within the residential complex.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
- This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
